We three founders met at a previous employer, where they pushed boundaries and dreamed big about what training in the cybersecurity field could look like. We believed through and through that effective technical skill development is solidified through hands-on experience, and that hands-on experience should be widely available as a component of any learning initiative.
Right now, the leadership is the whole team. Going forward, however, our mentality doesn't change. We thoroughly believe in transparent culture, fostering an idea-focused environment, and leveraging people beyond their specialities. We want everyone that joins our team to take pride in our mission and work toward the common goal of finding the best solution. This requires all of us to embrace a culture of trust and vulnerability, no one should fear voicing their opinions.
