We're learners. At our core, the need for constant learning and development is what brought us into the vast and everchanging field of cybersecurity in the first place. We've each had a habit of fostering learning environments in our workplaces, even when it wasn't a primary goal of the organization.
As a byproduct of our insatiable drive to know more, we ended up having a lot of conversations with each other about how we could imagine the learning process looking different for anyone with an interest in the field. We imagined a shift from hyperspecialization with certifications or degrees being considered paramount, to valuing well-rounded candidates who could contribute immensely across specializations and bring new ideas to light. We believe diversity is what brings innovation - diversity of people, of thought, of ideas, of experiences.
So our mission, at its simplest, is to bring the learning community a platform that enables hands-on experience to be delivered without all the headaches associated with manual lab management. Boiled into three words: Let Them Learn.
We're working on it! We are making constant progress toward a prototype to be able to demonstrate what we know is possible. We're also gathering thoughts, opinions, and ideas from learners and educators across the industry to really understand the painpoints. We might know where our painpoints have been as educators, learners, and supporters, but we want to know where yours are too!
